Verified Demand Signals

Verified demand starts with people. Verified demand combines Record ID’s human verification policies (liveness and KYC integration where appropriate) with R.E.C.’s AI scoring to turn public participation into auditable contribution signals. Eligibility rules focus the intake on behaviors that correlate with genuine cultural impact; models evaluate quality, relevance, propagation, and persistence; and a safety layer enforces anti‑bot heuristics, anomaly detection, and exclusion policies for known abuse domains and behaviors. Scores bind into attestations and, when useful for portability and verification, are selectively anchored on‑chain. Developers read the same layer via SDKs/APIs to power access control, discovery boosts, and reward logic—without coupling to a specific UI or vendor.

R.E.C. is operated as a living system under explicit policy governance. Model updates are versioned with evaluation reports; exclusion lists and eligibility rules are published with rationales; incident response procedures specify quarantine, rollback, and disclosure if abuse patterns emerge. Public KPIs will evidence progress: bot‑rate reduction, anomaly catch rates, lead‑lag correlation with sales/attendance, and anchoring throughput/latency.
