Record of Emotional Contribution (R.E.C.)

R.E.C. (Record of Emotional Contribution) is the protocol’s measurement primitive: an AI‑assisted method for turning public participation into auditable contribution signals. R.E.C. does not count clicks; it evaluates the quality, relevance, persistence, and propagation of actions tied to a specific IP, then binds those evaluations into attestations that can, when useful, be anchored on‑chain for portability and verification. Throughout this document, “R.E.C.” refers to both the scoring methodology and the resulting attestations/signals.
